What can we do to encourage more people to consume more sustainably? Getting back to basics would be a good start - choice is great but there can be too many choices bombarding us in everyday life - less choice could simplify things and formulate a pathway to a more sustainable future. It may not be the most palatable option, but hard choices have to be made - and in my opinion it's better to have a say in your future rather then leave it up to someone else!!
Get on board. Get active. Keep it real.
PS: If Benn Binns is interested in a fishing trip this weekend there's room on the boat!!!

Unilever's efforts at sustainable consumption include offering pollock (I think, I might have the fish name wrong) fish-fingers as a more sustainable option to cod, but apparently public taste didn't take to it very easily. Do you think they should have stopped making the cod ones altogether to force a change of fish-consumption?
